ITALY: WW2 Cross of Merit of the GIL (Mussolini's Fascist Youth Organization - the Italian equivalent to The German Youth). The Fascist Youth was renamed to GIL (from ONB) in 1937.
The Cross was established in 1933 initially for the ONB and was amended to this form in 1937. This is the small Cross for Girl's (Piccola Italiane) of age 8 - 14.
